Phuket - actually can we come this time

Aaron is away again for work.  Normally I'm not tempted to join him. He often travels to Europe or Bangkok and unless you are staying for a decent amount of time it seems like too much of a mission with kids in tow, and I wouldn't want to travel without them. Plus staying in a small town in Switzerland in the depths of winter, or in busy crazy Bangkok, while he works, and I have to entertain the kids, nah.
But this time he is in Phuket, and when he showed me the resort he was staying at I must say I was tempted to join him! Unfortunately this trip was very last minute so there was no way we would be able to organise it in time anyway.
I showed the kids some of the pictures of the resort and they decided they might be able to fit inside Dad's suitcase. Liam spent a very very long time trying to come up with plans to get himself there without being noticed. His conclusion after investigating every possible option - "You know people are so smart at the airport. It must be hard for the drug people".

We could totally see ourselves relaxing there for the week, I'm sure we would fill our time nicely!
I wouldn't say no to having breakfast here in the morning...

and then spending the rest of the day here...

or here...

or maybe here...

or maybe in this pool...

or here! Yes definitely here!...

yip, this could be me...

probably wouldn't be doing so much of this, I prefer the previous photo...

The kids and I were most excited about this one, check out the lagoon pool! Cool aye.

Not that Aaron ever complains about his work really, but if he ever does I'm just going to remind him of the time he needed to buy some new togs in the middle of winter. And... and... he called me last night and to say he'd managed to get into business class on the flight over, nice one, enjoy your champagne and free toiletries darling!

And of course you would have invited your mother! Aaron will now ensure he doesn't tell anyone too early in case of the MIL finding out ;)
