Weekending

Oh it was so nice to have a four day weekend. Even though I did have a sore wisdom tooth, which stopped me from being as productive as I would have liked to have been. Looks like I had better book that dentist appointment that I've been putting off for so long!
So I had to kind of take it easy, and put my to-do list aside. I did get my camera out though, and take a lot of photos :) Resulting in a somewhat photo heavy post today :)
- apologies to those with slow internet connections!

I hope you all had a lovely long weekend.

Banana bran muffins.

Story time with dad. (So cute!)

Always helping that boy is.

Bread cooling.

Trying to deal to the clouds of whiteflies with my soapy water weapon!

Sewing with my assistant.

Olive oil, and dried tomatoes from the garden.

A butterfly garland...

... at a butterfly birthday party...

...for our sweet little butterfly birthday girl, cousin Evelyn.

Cleaning. (Isn't that what I'm always doing?)

A good deal of hard labour - (not from me!).

A little Easter kind of crafting, and eating.

Hot cross buns, of course.

...and focaccia while the oven was hot, thanks to Aaron.

Time for a little sit down and some knitting. I got the hat finished!

Working on the foundations last night. Isla and Liam ran around, and around, and around in the giant sandpit!

Oh no, you had a sore tooth too! I also need to book a dreaded appointment, but at least it held me back from eating my weight in chocolate! And I love those tiles above your sink, how cute!

Hi Hanna, sorry to hear that your weekend had a sore tooth to put a bit of a dampener on things. We had a great weekend, lots of fun things happening. Can you please tell me what bread recipe that one is that is in the photos cooling? It is so YUMMY looking. Take special care. xx PS Gorgeous photos as always.

Thanks Hanna, what is the whole wheat pasty flour?? I see you use the same organic flour as us so at least I am onto a good start!! Did you have time to check out about the cord for the skirt for Poppy-Isabella?
