Ginger and Molasses cupcakes



These are good.
Really good.

If you like ginger and you like molasses you should make these.
They are rich and moist and quite decadent.
And go very well with a cup of tea.

By the way I just made them with plain white flour. I didn't have all the lovely fancy gluten free flours the recipe called for. And they were still delicious. And I didn't ice them either, but I did spread a little of the leftover cream cheese on the top before I ate them.
