Ok, so I was half way through writing another post all together, but the builders have just left for the day, so I thought I'd go have a nosey at what they manged to get done today, and oh my! I can't keep my excitement to myself, I was trying to work out who to phone and blabber my excitement to, but instead I grabbed my camera and now you can all see for yourself - I know for most of my readers this isn't really that exciting, but bear with me :)
We have a ceiling! A beautiful ceiling!

we are really good thanks,although Cams just got his eyetooth and the other is right there too so thats been 24/7 for me,im so lucky Dales at home working so he can back pack him if im desperate. which i was this afternoon,in fact Cams asleep in the back pack now! x

I love that ceiling. It's amazing how your perception of space changes throughout a build, first the plans look a little tiny, the foundations so large, walls a little closed in but never is a ceiling more liberating. Well done. It's making me want to build my own house one day.
