New treasures

I haven't been opp shopping for ages, which is just not like me really. The thing is I don't really need anything more in this tiny little house of ours, and if I go to the opp shop it is very rare for me to come away empty handed. I am blessed to have two large opp shops down the road that have a very high turn over, so there are always treasures to be found. And if I see something great, I can't exactly leave it there can I. So well, sometimes it's just best not to look.
But anyway, we did pop in for a little visit last week, and I'm glad we did.

I love the flower print on these pillowcases.
And how could I leave that little wooden spoon behind.

Striped pillowcases in the coolest colours.

A tunic dress thing for me. This seems to be becoming my uniform - long top/dress over tights (good at hiding that post babies belly!).

A perfect sized mug for Liam.
And a perfect sized one for me, just right for my morning coffee.

And the perfect sized crochet blanket! Just in time for the cooler weather we are getting. I have found many crochet blankets over the years, but they always seem to be cot or single bed size, so I was pretty excited to find this nice big one for our bed.

Wow - what amazing finds - I love that tunic, how lucky are you! Pillowcases and blanket are brilliant too - wish I lived closer and could visit your op-shop! :D

Hey, just a thought...do you ever see irons at that op shop? You know the things - small steel appliances that get hot and when you press down hard thay get rid of wrinkles! In clothes, not skin!

Oh, everything is nice! We don't have anything like op shops here, which is truly a shame.

I have a very similar tunic and I'm with you on the hiding the post babies belly ;)

Love all your finds. Yay for the wooden spoon. I found two a little while back and they are both very dearly loved and played with EVERY day! And what a great score on the crochet blanket! x
