I had to use up the mushrooms, and the zuchinni. I need to use up the cottage cheese too. So I'm thinking maybe vege lasagne.

What a wonderful frying pan. Is that an orange handle?
Hello, yes the outside and the handle is dark yellow (my favourite colour)
If you throw in some diced spuds- and whatever else sautes nicely- then beat up a couple or more eggs with milk and seasonings and cook till nearly set.Sprinkle with cheese and brown under grill if desired. Yum & nutritious and good for lunch next day if not all consumed!
