Attached to memories of days long ago. I reckon my friends and I(back in the 70's) were the 'original op-shoppers'. Finding a pastel silk nightie with lace trim (and only a few holes) was 'to die for' and was worn over a long skirt (prefereably muslin) with roman sandals. And if you were really 'hip', a home dyed (maroon was the fav colour) bed jacket. Also with inevitable holes due to age and wear. With one earing. And leather anklet. Ahh-those were the days!Meehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04904968705626242693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3071676161495910820.post-10821663109106067582010-11-03T14:06:55.919+13:002010-11-03T14:06:55.919+13:00wow- this is a gorgeous post! you have a great eye...wow- this is a gorgeous post! you have a great eye.melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16999231815629576276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3071676161495910820.post-19401968821347423452010-11-03T13:58:58.489+13:002010-11-03T13:58:58.489+13:00I really do like opp shopping too!I really do like opp shopping too!Holly C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/17572988209020256576noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3071676161495910820.post-91082223283408473142010-11-03T10:02:54.280+13:002010-11-03T10:02:54.280+13:00John Bown Wose (as Saxon calls it) it is his fav b...John Bown Wose (as Saxon calls it) it is his fav book now too!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3071676161495910820.post-64684233576144210452010-11-03T04:55:43.536+13:002010-11-03T04:55:43.536+13:00that lacey top is so lovely! much agreed on the s...that lacey top is so lovely! much agreed on the sweet treasures -- the inexpensive yet priceless combination is fantastic.Tamarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12636874288006566596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3071676161495910820.post-3052826216405062492010-11-03T00:45:20.428+13:002010-11-03T00:45:20.428+13:00Agreed on all points!
